Artisan Processing & Delivery

Every piece from Rebekah Hochstetler Art Gallery is handled with meticulous care. Because our catalog includes both one-of-a-kind original works and custom-made reproductions, processing and delivery times vary by item type.

Original Paintings

Packaging & Gallery Handling: Original paintings are carefully hand-varnished, wrapped in archival materials, and custom-crated or boxed directly in our gallery within 3–5 business days.

Transit & Delivery: Original works ship via tracked, insured carrier service (such as UPS or USPS). Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.

Signature Required: To protect high-value original art, shipments of original paintings may require a direct signature upon delivery.

Fine Art Prints & Canvas Reproductions

Print-on-Demand Production: Each fine art paper print, stretched canvas, and journal is crafted specifically upon order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before packaging.

Transit & Delivery: Once printed and inspected, orders ship directly with full tracking. Domestic standard shipping takes 3–6 business days in transit.

Split Shipments: If you order both an original painting and an art print within the same transaction, they will ship separately in dedicated packaging. You will receive distinct tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination address.

Any promotional or flat-rate shipping tiers will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately upon placing your order.

A secondary dispatch notification containing your carrier tracking link will be sent the moment your label is created and scanned.

Address Accuracy & Reshipment

Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to our gallery or print partner due to an invalid address provided at checkout, the collector will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
