This website is operated by Rebekah Hochstetler Art Gallery. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Rebekah Hochstetler Art Gallery. By visiting our site and/or purchasing an original painting, art print, canvas reproduction, or publication from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Artist Ownership: All artwork, imagery, text, graphics, designs, logos, and digital assets displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Rebekah Hochstetler and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.
No Transfer of Copyright: The purchase of an original painting, fine art print, or publication does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the collector.
Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, scan, reproduce, distribute, display publicly for commercial purposes, alter, or create derivative works from any artwork purchased or viewed on this website without express written permission from Rebekah Hochstetler.
2. Product Descriptions & Photography
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our original paintings and prints as accurately as possible.
Due to variations in computer monitors, mobile screens, lighting conditions, and display profiles, subtle differences in color may occur between screen displays and the physical artwork.
Dimensions and specifications listed on product pages are approximate but accurate within standard fine art and framing tolerances.
3. Pricing & Order Acceptance
Prices for our artwork and print products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue an item or edition.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or suspicion of fraudulent transaction activity. In the event an order is canceled by the gallery, any payments collected will be promptly refunded.
4. Payments & Billing Information
Payment processing is secured through Shopify Payments and authorized third-party gateways (including Shop Pay, credit card processors, and PayPal).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases made at our gallery.
If you elect to use installment payment plans (such as Shop Pay Installments), your terms, payment schedules, and agreements are managed directly through the designated financial provider according to their governing agreements.
5. Third-Party Fulfillment & Services
Fine art paper prints, stretched canvases, journals, and stationery are produced and dispatched in collaboration with specialized archival print fulfillment partners.
By placing an order for print reproductions, you acknowledge that manufacturing and fulfillment data required to complete and deliver your order is securely shared with our production facilities.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Rebekah Hochstetler Art Gallery, our artist, or our affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of this site or any products procured using the service.
Our total liability in connection with any product purchased through the website is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for that item.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States.
